- You appoint your own advocate in Goa, or we could recommend you to advocates in Goa, well versed with the real estate buying process . You may email me at [email protected] for recommendations.
- You can put in an offer subject to your survey of existing real estate pricing in this area.
- Your advocate will then be supplied a draft contract and title deeds. (Occasionally, an offer letter is required by the vendor prior to this, just to initiate the first written response.)
- Your advocate then carries out searches and raises any queries with us or our advocate.
- Once you and your advocate are satisfied, you can then proceed to the stage of signing contracts and agreeing on a completion date.
- Simultaneously, you provide us with a deposit, to be stipulated at the time. We sign the contract for sale and send it to your advocate.
- Contracts are exchanged between your advocate and us. This means we are both legally bound to complete.
- Completion occurs when your advocate forwards the remainder of the purchase price to our advocate and the sale is confirmed by us. This is on the completion date and not before.
- SALE IS COMPLETE! keys are handed over by you advocate.
